3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by third-party providers.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until fully paid.

  • Payments must be made via accepted methods shown at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by supplier. We will provide you with the applicable terms at the time of booking.

  • Service fees charged by Lighthouse Travel Advisors, LLC are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the policies of each third-party supplier.

  • You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance, which may cover cancellations and other unexpected issues.

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests for changes (dates, names, services) must be submitted in writing.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees from both our agency and the supplier.

  • Not all bookings may be modified once confirmed.

6. Travel Documentation and Compliance

  • You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required by the destination(s).

  • Lighthouse Travel Advisors, LLC is not responsible for any denied boarding, entry, or delays caused by inadequate documentation.

  • Health and safety requirements, including vaccinations or COVID-19 protocols, are the traveler’s responsibility.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act only as an intermediary. We do not own or control the services provided by third parties and are not liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence on their part.

  • Lighthouse Travel Advisors, LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or any loss due to natural disasters, weather, political unrest, labor strikes, or other force majeure events.

  • You agree to travel at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability (Illinois Law)

To the fullest extent permitted under Illinois law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific booking.
